1:1 Coaching
Three ways to work together. All of them lead to the same place:
you, leading yourself more intentionally.

You know what needs to happen.
The challenging is closing the gap
between what you know and what's actually happening.
That gap shows up differently for everyone, and it's where Self Leadership lives.

Sometimes it's the stories we hold as true.
Sometimes it's the way we navigate the inner games of business.
Sometimes it's the space between your vision and your follow-through.
Sometimes it's knowing you're getting in your own way and not being sure how.
Sometimes it's the weight of making decisions when there's no clear right answer.

Self Leadership coaching creates the space to work on that gap.
Not as a fix-it project. It's as an ongoing investment in becoming the leader your business, and your people, need you to be.
What clients say
FOR NAVIGATING COMPLEXITY
Companion
Weekly or fortnightly coaching for founders and executives navigating complexity
You're at a turning point. Scaling the business, stepping into a bigger role, navigating a major decision, or simply feeling like the version of you that got you here isn't the version that'll get you there.

Companion gives you consistent support through that transition. Weekly sessions if you want momentum and regular accountability. Fortnightly if you need space between sessions to integrate and experiment.

Either way, you're not doing this alone. WhatsApp and email support between sessions means you've got a thinking partner when you need one, not just when it's scheduled.

FOR EXECUTIVES UNDER PRESSURE
Composure
A private monthly space for executives to think clearly, lead calmly and move forward with confidence.
You're carrying a lot. Complexity, expectation, decisions that don't have clear right answers. You're trusted, experienced, capable — and you don't have much space to think clearly yourself.
Composure creates that space. Monthly sessions where there's no agenda except what matters to you right now. No performance hype, no HR-driven objectives, just calm, confidential conversation with someone who gets the weight of leadership.
Most of the executives I work with aren't struggling because they lack capability. They're struggling because everything is urgent and reflection keeps getting postponed. This is the space to slow down so you can move forward more clearly.

FOR FOUNDERS AND SMALL LEADERSHIP TEAMS
Collective
Shared monthly coaching to develop inner and outer leadership, support strategic direction, decision making and goal alignment
You're building something, and you're not doing it alone. Whether it's you and a co-founder, you and your leadership team, or you with key people who shape what happens next, you need space to work on two things simultaneously: the strategy you're building and how you're each showing up to build it.
Collective creates that space. Monthly 90-minute sessions where we start with what you're trying to achieve, then get curious about who's making the decisions, where the friction is, and what each person needs to step into next.
This is strategic work that acknowledges the inner game matters as much as the outer game, and how they show up for each person.

GIVE THIS A TRY
You can make a start in just 2 minutes
Think of a scenario at work where you've felt hijacked by your feelings, or your response to a situation. It may be someone, something, it doesn't really matter as long as it's fresh in your minds eye.
Notice
Be as curious as you can be, and notice what is going on for you. Notice your thoughts, the stories you're telling yourself, how you're experiencing it in your body, the way you're sitting or standing.
Name
Name what you're feeling - don't judge it, just name it the best you can. It might be more than one thing. You may find that you can't sense it clearly. That's ok, name that.
Choose
Simply bring bring your attention to the situation, you're creating a little space between what you're noticing and how you're feeling. This gives you enough room to make a choice, big or small.
