Lou and I run ConnectHOW together. 

The business offers three main services:

1. Self Coaching: communities & academy, deployed into teams and organisations, enabling the power of coaching at scale!

2. Leadership Programmes: accelerating culture change and development, leveraging coaching and leadership retreats to forge teams together and drive performance.

3. Change Facilitation: when organisations introduce something (new system, process, business transformation, global reorg etc...), we facilitate the change, focusing on the people, behaviours, mindset, vernacular, etc..
