Focus on what you want more of

"I wish I had more..."
Am I right?
It's easy to loose focus of what it is we actually want.
Reframing is a very helpful tool for overcoming obstacles and getting clear on goals.
OBSTACLES
"This is too hard, I'll never get there. It just seems impossible."
can be expressed as
"I'm giving it a go and learning in the process. I'm closer than I was before I started."
GOALS
"I don't want to be overwhelmed."
can be expressed as
"I want to be challenged and feel in control."
So, when you think about what it is you'd like to be different, notice how specific and clear you're being about what you do want rather than describing what you don't want.
